I have placed an order, when will it be dispatched?
Please expect your order to be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day. If your order is part of a launch or peak postage period, these time frames may not apply.

Where is my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email detailing your tracking information. Please ensure you provide your email at checkout to receive tracking number and order updates. Should you have any issues regarding delivery, please contact.

Can I change my order?
We are unable to edit your order once it has been placed. If you need to amend the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact us. To cancel an order you must contact us within one hour from the time of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
All product prices indicated, and payments made on the Australian Online Store are in AUD currency. GST is included in the product price.
We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards.

When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, if accepted your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only.
Note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial providers.

Is there anything I cannot return?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:: underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene strip has been removed) or beauty and body products (if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken)

Do you restock items?
Sometimes we have the opportunity to re-order best sellers. Restocks are subject to demand and availability from our stocked brands. If your size is sold out in an item, please email us at hello@slowe.com.au and we will notify you if the product becomes available again.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.

All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes.

Please be aware that any additional fees that are incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Slowe has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The goods may be subject to an import procedure to clear the shipment through customs.
If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
